Foundation EIBE is involved in the educational and scientific activities related to the social causes and reduction of unemployment. There is a strong focus on cooperation with Eastern Partnership countries and working with educational institutions at various levels
Our aims at propagating the idea of freedom, the rules of democracy, cultural diversity and tolerance. Throughout our work, we want to show how to solve social problems. We want to contribute to increase the level of education of various social groups in countries where we are going to run our work and to have an influence on the integration processes between nations. We are certain that this is education which gives a chance to grow and makes the social differences smaller. Intercultural dialogue is possible thanks to education. Thus, our work aims also at education and training, also in the aspect of international cooperation. We also want to propagate the knowledge about the people connected with the ideas of our foundation.

The Foundation conducts educational and scientific activities focused on social problems and reducing unemployment. Great emphasis is placed on cooperation with the Eastern Partnership countries and cooperation with educational institutions at various levels. We mainly focus on groups at risk of social exclusion from the labor market, such as disabled people, NEETs, low-skilled adults, young people and victims of domestic violence.
EIBE’s strategic goals in the youth area include:
- Promoting young people’s active citizenship in general and European citizenship in particular
- Developing solidarity and promoting tolerance and participation among young people to improve social cohesion, especially in the European Union and partner countries.
We aim to raise awareness by providing training in environmental awareness, love of nature and waste recycling through handicrafts to our target audience: people with disabilities, adults, young people and victims of domestic violence.
The organization’s activities concern wide social groups. First of all, we focus on young people. Our activities are also aimed at the so-called young adults, people starting their adult lives, and people of mature age. We mainly focus on groups at risk of social exclusion due to the labor market, such as people with disabilities, NEET youth, low-skilled adults, youth and environmental problems. Our events are open to people of all ages and backgrounds. There is no age limit. When it comes to social groups, these include people struggling with various diseases and ailments, but also completely healthy people for whom the activities/classes we carry out are preventive and educational in nature. Our Foundation promotes a healthy lifestyle, taking care of your own mental well-being and finding a balance between professional and private life.
KARABEKIR ILKOKULU (E10038150 – TR)
Karabekir Primary School, which started its education activities in 1944, has one of the oldest and historical buildings in our district.
The stone building, built in 1891, was previously used as a health center. It was used as Karabekir Primary School after 1944. The historical stone building of our school was restored in 2003. Some of the classrooms were combined and converted into a conference hall. Our school carries out its social activities in this hall. In our school, half-day pre-school education is provided to 31 students in the 5-6 age group. 345 students in the 7-10 age group receive training on Life Sciences, Life Skills, Turkish, Mathematics, Visual Arts, Physical Education, Citizenship and Social Rules in accordance with the basic education curriculum.
Due to the increasing population and developing technology, the amount of pollutants released into the environment has increased. Thus, the natural structure of the environment and ecological balance began to deteriorate. The environment has exceeded its carrying capacity and people are faced with the problem called environmental pollution. Environmental pollution has become one of the ecological problems that all countries of the world have to deal with. Our school holds meetings to raise awareness among teachers, students and parents about combating environmental pollution and climate change. In our 2024-2028 strategic plan, it is our goal to add our school to the Eco school network. Our school is a public school.

NGO”Emituras” was founded in 2022. Our company located in Vilnius. The main target groups of our organization are : young peoples multi- child families, ethnical minorities, rural youth, refugess. Our aim is to encourage young people to be actively involved in community and social life. Our vision is raise awareness of youth in the field Intercultural Dialoge, Voluntary Work, Employment, Equality integration of different Ethnic groups into society, sustainable development. Our mission is educate young people and bring the idea of non- formal education.Our organization has gained long –lifetime experience in youth education policy by organizing different events, courses, workshop, meeting conferences, charity actions, youth camps, and other social and cultural events in order to carry out of aims and missions. Our organization is very active in the field of cultural heritage.
We promote tradational Lithuanian crafts ( especially in rural areas) we also try to create cross generational collaboration between youth and elders, which is in benefitial to both sides, the young and young at- heart. Our aim is to rudece isolation and loliness that often comes with aging.We arranged several events in improves creative skills line, to recycle waste and for prevent environmental pollution knitting and wood working in the rural areas and villages of Lithuaina, in order to keep tradaitons alive and creative special moments between age groups. Also we care much about global issues and promote sustainable development. We have very good connections with local community and arrange activities for sustainable future. Some of them are: Community garden, raised beds, roof gardens for eduvational purpose and well being, insect’s hotel workshop, promotion of biodiversity, education on herbs and plants. We invite professional lectures and scientists tos hare their experiences .

The training, courses and camps we organize are aimed at all age groups, especially young people. People of all ages and statuses can participate in our events. There is no age limit.
